Services Offered

We provide professional website development and design consulting services, including website strategy, wireframes, UI/UX design, responsive front-end development, back-end development, content management system setup, e-commerce integration, website audits, SEO setup, performance optimization, security configuration, and ongoing website consulting.

All services are offered as one-time project-based purchases unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Billing and Payment Terms

  • All services require full payment at the time of purchase unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment must be received in full before we begin delivery of the service.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Single Sale vs Subscription

All services offered on our website are single-sale (one-time) purchases. We do not offer subscription-based services at this time. You will not be automatically billed for any recurring charges.

Service Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of each service. Typical timelines are confirmed upon project kickoff:

  • Website strategy and planning: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Wireframes and UI/UX design: 7 to 14 business days.
  • Front-end development: 10 to 20 business days, depending on scope.
  • Back-end development: 10 to 30 business days, depending on scope.
  • CMS setup and configuration: 5 to 10 business days.
  • E-commerce integration: 10 to 20 business days.
  • Website audit and SEO setup: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Performance optimization: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Security configuration: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Ongoing website consulting: scheduled by mutual agreement.

All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared repositories, or cloud-based project management tools.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, brand assets, content, and access to any necessary systems or credentials. Delays caused by your failure to provide required information may affect delivery timelines.

You agree to review all deliverables within 7 business days of receipt. If no feedback is provided within this period, the deliverable will be considered accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership rights to all custom deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. We retain the right to use generic code libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing tools that may be incorporated into your deliverables.

We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information, source code, or business data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIOIRE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIOIRE LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Hanover County, North Carolina.
